Chisinau works

After the brilliant collaboration with Janek Simon earlier this year, I had again the chance to work with two artists whose work I love. I was in Chisinau for 9 days on the occasion of Interventii 3 where I did two performances: 'Flower Bridge' with Nicoleta Esinencu and Mircea Nicolae and 'Funeral Wreaths' with Mircea Nicolae. This is a mix of pictures from the two performances, more details about the works, soon on my portfolio.

Senzational!!!!!

Poneii malefici se inmultesc!!! Ceea ce la inceput parea o intamplare minora pare a fi provocat un intreg fenomen. Se pare ca tinerii expozanti de la ICR New York sunt urmati de o intreaga generatie de artisti degenerati. Poneii de mai sus, au fost oferiti intr-un ritual magic, tanarului asazis artist Vlad Nanca, cu ocazia unui desfrau organizat pentru a sarbatori ziua de nastere a derbedeului. De mentionat ca petrecerea a avut loc in gradina blocului unde Nanca ocupa functia de presedinte de bloc, gradina fiind practic acaparata de Nanca intr-un nou gest de abuz. La petrecere s-au consumat alcool, Coca Cola (de import), rosii cu branza etc, s-a ascultat muzica jazz, house si orientala si s-a jucat elasticul. Neagoe a lipsit nemotivat de la eveniment. Marwan a lipsit motivat fiind prezent alaturi de colegi la concursul de graffiti din Herastrau. Pentru poze exclusive de la petrecere si imagini socante cu ponei nu ezitati sa cercetati in blogosfera.

JANEK SIMON & VLAD NANCĂ - REMIX

I first met Janek Simon in 2004 and since then we've been in different projects together. At the end of last month we were involved in an experiment in which we took works from each other and we changed them. The result was the "Remix" exhibition at Raster Gallery in Warsaw. It's been one of the best experiences I've had as an artist and I am really thankful to all those involved in the realization of this show - Raster Gallery and Romanian Institute in Warsaw and of course Janek!!! Details about the show here and some images of the works coming soon... Exhibition is on display until 3 May.

"If you give it to me I give it to you" is the name of my newest work, an installation which is shown at Casal Solleric in Palma de Mallorca in a brilliant exhibition called Art for fun curated by David Arlandis and Javier Maroqui.
