Apartamentul 17, Paradis Garaj si Galeria 29 sint cu adevarat spatii alternative de arta contemporana, spatii bazate pe conceptul de home gallery in care se urmareste o promovare a artistilor emergenti. Aparitia acestora (ultimele doua apar peste vara, Apartamentul 17 a avut primul vernisaj in octombrie) adinceste paradoxul unei tari care detine cel mai mare muzeu de arta contemporana din estul Europei, dar nu are instrumentele institutionale prin care sa sustina tinerii artisti.
